Since antiquity, across major religious and philosophical traditions, the Pentad is a symbol of the divine, the cosmic, the universal, the sacred and the elemental. Mathematically, inside the pentagram is the Golden Ratio (otherwise known as the Divine Proportion), arguably the most popular mathematical theorem for beauty.
Grounded in the essence of the Pentad's symbolic expressions, and 4 decades of observing and working with leaders, I created the Pentad Leadership framework. Comprised of 5 Quotients and their respective 3 Intelligences, the Pentad Leadership framework is intended as an evergreen framework for sustainable leadership impact.
Competence in the 15 Intelligences forms the foundation for the type of leadership that inspires confidence, trust, and loyalty; catalyses far-reaching influence; and inspires stakeholders to go above-and-beyond the "contracted agreement".
